Ingredients:
Chicken (boneless preferred) - 1/2 kg
Curd - 1.5 cup
Salt - to preferred taste
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chicken 65 powder - 1 tsp
Edible food color if needed
Cardamom - 3
Bay leaves - 1
Oil - 8 tsps
1. Mix Chicken, curd, salt, pepper powder, garam masala, chicken 65 powder, chilli powder, food color and marinate for 2 hrs.
2. Pour Oil in a hot skillet , add Cardamom and bay leaves. Add the mixed chicken and stir. Water given out from the curd would be sufficient to cook chicken. Saute in medium flame until water goes off and then Saute in low flame for more 20 min. Now it is ready to be served.
Note:- Oil would only enhace the glossy outer appearance of the chops so it can be reduced.
